Therapy Where You Don't Have to Explain Everything First
Maybe you've thought about counselling for a while. But the idea of sitting across from someone who doesn't get it, who needs the family obligations explained, the church community explained, the weight of being the one everyone depends on explained, made it feel like more work than help.
Maybe you're far from family, or you're the one holding things together for family here and back home. You keep going because people are counting on you. And some days the heaviness is still there when you wake up, even after you've prayed about it.
Faith and therapy are not in competition. And you shouldn't have to leave your culture, your language, or your Christianity at the door to get real support.
What Counselling Looks Like Here
Your Language, Welcome
Sessions in Tagalog, English, or both in the same conversation. Some things only come out right in one language, and you shouldn't have to translate your own feelings.
Your Faith, Honoured
Prayer, Scripture, and biblical principles can be woven into the work when you want them. Always client-led, always with your consent, never imposed.
Family Understood, Not Explained
Obligations, expectations, the pull between honouring your family and needing something for yourself. These are treated as real parts of your story, not detours.
Evidence-Based Care
CBT, DBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and family systems approaches. Practical, trauma-informed tools that work alongside your spiritual life.

Strong Faith and Hard Questions Can Sit in the Same Room
Some people come to us rooted and sure in their walk with God. Others come carrying questions they've never felt safe saying out loud at church. Both are welcome here.
Seeking counselling is not a lack of faith. Many people find that having a safe place to process what they're carrying actually deepens their relationship with God, because they're no longer doing it alone.
