About This Check-In
The Wellness Check-In is a self-reflection tool designed to help you understand your current wellbeing across seven key areas of life. This isn't a diagnostic tool—it's a starting point for honest conversation with yourself and, if you choose, with a therapist.
What We Explore
- Anxiety & Stress — How you manage racing thoughts, worry, and overwhelm
- Grief & Loss — How you're processing loss, change, or endings
- Past Wounds & Trauma — How past experiences affect your present
- Relationships — How you connect with partners, family, and friends
- Life Transitions — How you navigate change, direction, and purpose
- Family & Parenting — How you're managing family dynamics and parenting stress
- Faith & Spiritual — Your connection to faith, values, and inner peace (optional)
How It Works
You'll answer 18-21 questions (about 5 minutes). The check-in adapts based on your relationship status and whether you'd like faith to be part of your therapy experience. At the end, you'll see a visual wheel showing your scores across all dimensions, with personalized recommendations for areas that may benefit from support.
