We draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and shift the thought patterns that keep depression in place — the all-or-nothing thinking, the self-blame, the hopelessness that feels like fact.

We also use Narrative Therapy to help you separate yourself from the depression, and Solution-Focused Therapy to reconnect you with your strengths — even when you can't see them. Everything we do is trauma-informed, because depression rarely exists in isolation.
