About Ethan

"Most men are told to push through. But pushing through doesn't fix what's underneath. I create a space where you can be honest about what you're carrying—without judgment, without pressure—and start building something different."

Ethan works with men who know something needs to change—but aren't sure where to start. He brings a direct, grounded approach to therapy that respects where you are while helping you move forward.

Who he works with:

  • Men dealing with anger, frustration, or emotional shutdown—who want to handle things differently
  • Those carrying stress, burnout, or the weight of expectations—at work, at home, or in faith communities
  • Men struggling with pornography or sexual integrity—who want accountability and real change, not shame

Faith Integration

Faith can be a powerful part of the healing process. Christian principles, Scripture, and prayer are available when you want them—always your call, never forced.

What Working Together Feels Like

Sessions with Ethan are direct, practical, and grounded. No sitting in silence wondering what to say. He meets you where you are and helps you build concrete strategies for what's not working.

Not sure if therapy is for you? That's actually one of the most common things men say before starting.

You don't need to have it all figured out. Most men come in knowing something isn't working—they're just not sure what to do about it. That's exactly where we start.

What You'll Gain

In 6–12 sessions, men often experience:

Better control over anger and emotional reactions
Less stress and clearer thinking under pressure
Stronger relationships at home and at work
Freedom from patterns that have been running on autopilot

My Approach

I keep things real and practical. Therapy with me isn't about sitting in silence or over-analysing your childhood. It's about understanding what's driving the patterns that aren't working—anger, withdrawal, burnout—and building concrete strategies to change them.

Your First Session

  • We'll talk about what's going on and what you want to change
  • No pressure to bare your soul — we go at your pace
  • You'll leave with a clear sense of what therapy with me looks like

Common Questions

I've never done therapy before. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Most of the men I work with are coming to therapy for the first time. There's no script to follow — just an honest conversation about what's going on.

Do I have to talk about faith?

Not at all. Faith integration is available if you want it, but many clients prefer to keep things secular. Either approach works — it's completely your call.

How long does therapy take?

It depends on what you're working on. Some men see meaningful shifts in 6–8 sessions. Others choose to go deeper over a few months. We'll check in regularly so you always know where you stand.

What about the porn/sexual integrity stuff — is it going to be awkward?

It's one of the most common things men bring to therapy but rarely talk about. There's no shame here — just a practical, compassionate approach to understanding what's driving it and building real change.
