3. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

- Communicating promptly and effectively with your therapist.
- Adhering to the agreed-upon schedule for therapy sessions.
- Maintaining confidentiality and respecting the boundaries of the therapeutic relationship.
4. Confidentiality
Graceway Wellness adheres to strict confidentiality guidelines, as required by professional standards and applicable laws. However, there may be exceptions to confidentiality in certain situations, such as suspected child abuse or harm to self or others.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due according to the agreed-upon schedule and payment plan. Graceway Wellness offers sliding scale fees and payment options to accommodate various financial situations.
6. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the therapeutic relationship, with appropriate notice, under certain circumstances. Graceway Wellness reserves the right to terminate services if a client violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in behavior that is harmful or disruptive to the therapeutic process.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Graceway Wellness provides services in good faith. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from therapy. Therapy is a collaborative process, and success depends on the active participation of both the client and the therapist.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
9. Amendments
Graceway Wellness reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
